The least discussed part of Bolt is that it changes the internal economics of product ideas. Before tools like this, an idea had to clear a fairly high threshold before it became visible: design time, engineering time, roadmap negotiation, sprint capacity.

That meant many ideas died before they were tested. But it also meant some bad ideas were filtered out by friction. Now a PM can turn a thesis into a working artifact before the org has decided whether the thesis deserves attention. That creates a new role for PMs: not just writing PRDs, but making an internal market for ideas.
