Incredible play on the bundling model here. The thing that stands out is how the value proposition shifts from "consume my content" to "upgrade my entire workflow." Most newsletter creators stop at paywalled articles, but packaging third-party tools w/ real dollar value actaully creates switching costs. The real genius is that the tools themselves become proof of concept for the PM advice being shared, kinda like eating your own cooking but taken a step further.

@Aakash... question around the bundle of AI tools (which is great)... what are the various AI credits that we are given for each tool?
