There are many product management influencers today, Ravi Mehta, IMO, is one that I found consistently be able to articulate product strategy frameworks that are both clear and concise; more importantly, generally applicable for PM that are mid to senior levels*.
*I am currently owning a product portfolio, responsible for P&L and managing a team.
Appreciate it, Ravi! I plan on experiment with the NCT for this roadmap planning season.
In the past few years, I have been using "Playing to Win" framework to aid my thinking and 3C (context, competence and commitment) to structure / convey long term strategies.
Will recommend it for the PM Craft Study Group that I run at current company as well. The architectural thinking of what role product strategy plays (Strategy Stack) in connecting the company mission/objective and execution (roadmap) is especially valuable for mid to senior level PM at a enterprise B2B like us.

Alaxandria, you absolutely made my day! I'm so glad that the product strategy frameworks have been valuable for you. I've put together some notes on Product Strategy that you might find helpful: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1SzF2D6Tjxl1f_g9CqIGmZzGcWeeVy4yNym6CPdAoE0E/edit#heading=h.tfv035pxgdwo

Happy, thank you, more please :)
Thanks for this post!
I really liked the section 3. Consider Your Shape as a PM. Do you know of any self tests to help find your shape?
I think you got this sub-title flipped 2. Consider Ditching NCTs for OKRs, I suspect you meant Consider Ditching OKRs for NCTs
