The thing I’d watch is not whether non-technical PMs can build prototypes. Lots of them will. The more interesting question is whether they can tell when the prototype is lying to them. A Claude-built feature can feel “done” because the UI works once, on happy path, with fake data, in a clean local environment. That’s exactly where weak PMs will get dangerous. They’ll confuse demo velocity with product progress.
