I understand the term 'prototype' to be just a mock-ups of what the actual application will look like once it's developed by a dev team. Protoypes are meant for decision-making with stakeholders.

Do you have a different definition of 'prototype', do you mean that it will be a replacement for the dev team's implementation?

P.S. I'm very curious about this, because I've seen a lot of content like this, and now I'm confused as to what people mean by protoypes.

Correct! Prototype = mockup for stakholders; this guide is building a production-grade app!

Thanks, Akash. I'm building some content as to how we could re-think AI prototyping for PMs, I'd be overjoyed to get your opinion on it. Coming soon.

The compound-interest line is the part most PMs miss. The pattern I track across Indian PM career conversations: the gap between a PM who shipped one agent stack in 2026 and a PM who only read about agents in 2026 doesn't read like 1 year of difference 18 months later. It reads like 4. Bangalore GCC PMs have first-mover access to spec-first practice; the ones who actually ship before December are the cohort that owns 'PM who builds' job listings in 2027. Zia.
