Job postings hiring for a Product Owner is by no means a red flag where I'm from unless they ask for SAFe experience. A SCRUM team has a Product Owner, a Scrum Master and Developers. In all honesty, I trust postings for a Product Owner more than those for a Product Manager since PM often implies some version of a scaled agile framework with too many roles.
Thanks for sharing your insights!
Loved the information and the writing style.
Great article! Especially love the “cut the unnecessary” rule.
It’s a great reminder to remove features sometimes to avoid feature bloat and purposefully shape the product.

This is a super fair call out. Thanks for the education!
