Thank you for sharing! I'd particularly highlight the big picture mindset and strategic thinking. Don't just stick to your native scope of tasks, bring in ideas on how to improve the user and customer experience overall - regardless of your current assignment.

You know what I am curious about? How many Product Managers in big Tech actually understand their target groups. I worked in two major companies in Germany, as a PO, PM, and technical writer. I found barely any PMs with strong engagement in analyzing their target groups.

Maybe that's a German thing. The big dogs from the US seem to get it right: Customer/User first, technology second. What's your thoughts on that?

Btw. I just recently started my newsletter on bringing language specialists into Tech. Would you be interested in collaborating on a post? I want to highlight the potential of language-savy colleagues for various roles software development, Product Managment being one of them.
