Creating this podcast with you was a lot of fun and you have really done an incredible job editing it!
I realize that I am very lucky to earn a lot of money helping others succeed. I am happy to share that knowledge and process with you and your audience.
There are good points here... But the premise "make yourself impossible to ignore" is defined based on a premise... your manager is a good person. And that is seldom true in corporate world. Most managers try to get most out of you without giving you anything in return, they try to hide your contributions and turn them into their own achievements, they play politics and eventually their favorite always wins the race without even running for it.
So, this entire cycle can only work if you first find a good manager to work with.
